Shipping Policy

 We ship by UPS Ground.   In addition to the UPS charge, there will be a $4.00  handling fee per order.   You may also select UPS 2nd Day Air or Next day Air Saver.  You will be charged the standard  $4.00 handling fee, plus whatever the UPS fee is for the particular expedited service you choose.

CANADIAN SHIPPING--Canadian Shipping is available if you desire.  For Canadian shipping there is a set fee which covers both shipping and handling.  The fee for Canadian shipping is $50.00 per order.  Average shipping is approximately 5 business days.  Canadian residents are aware of the necessity of this fee due to the relatively high cost of shipping between the two countries.

You will select your preferred shipping method at time of purchase.  Your order will be shipped UPS ground unless you select otherwise.

Backorder Policy

If part of a multi-item order is temporarily out of stock, we will hold the rest of the order to ship the complete order at one time.   This delay is necessary to eliminate double shipping/handling charges.   We will notify you when to expect the order to ship.    We expedite these back orders to prevent excessive delay to you.

Damaged Goods Policy

If you receive an item that has been damaged in transit, you may return it for a replacement, exchange, or refund. If you do receive a damaged item, please contact  us by e-mail within 10 days .  Please retain all original packing material  and paperwork until we resolve the matter.
